1. How to place your first order?
To place an order, you can just email us your selections with product codes and quantity you want to order. Then, we will send you the invoice. You need to settle the invoice in order to confirm your order and before we send the products to you.

In addition, you can download a printable order form (pdf), fill it in and fax/post to us. Instructions to fax and post are in the form. To download the order form, right click on the following link and press "save as..."

2. Payment methods
We accept T/T, Paypal* where you can pay with Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover cards etc.

    * + 3% surcharge is required to cover the handling fee for PayPal and Credit Card Charges

3. Minimum order
The Minimum order quantity is specified in our price lists. We accept orders with order value over US$500 and the meeting the minimum order quantity list in the pricelist.

4. Item availability/backorder policy
If items are not available, we will do you a refund on that items. You might use the refund to order other products from us.

5. How long after I place my order will it ship?
Normally, it takes up to 3 - 5 weeks for us to prepare your orders, the exact time will largely depend on the availability of stocks. We will give you the tracking number once the products are shipped.

In general, Most our products (especially Swarovski crystal products) are made-to-order. It would take about 4 weeks for us to products and and 1 weeks for handling and shippment.

 

6. How long until my order arrives?
General time frames for estimating the delivery date of your order are shown below. Days are counted from the day your order ships from our warehouse. Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times. If you have not received your order within these times please contact us and we will assist you with locating your order.

Orders shipped to US,Canada, England, France, Sweden, Germany:

  • USP Express and DHL: 2 business days (tracking available)
  • EMS Speedpost: 2 - 3 business days
  • Surface mail: 30 - 50 days

7. Do you have a catalog?
We have paper version catalog, if you want a copy of it please contact us at: sales@catherine-jewellery.com

8. Do you have a show room?
Yes, our show room is located at: Li Wan Plaza, Guangzhou City, China. If you want to visit us, feel free to make an appointment with us at: sales@catherine-jewellery.com

9. How to use PayPal?
Catherine Jewellery holds a PayPal verified merchant account. We can receive payment through PayPal and through the PayPal account we can take credit card payment even if you not have a PayPal account:

  • If you have an account with paypal then you can go to the PayPal website to login. After you have logged in. Please click on the *Send Money* tab then following the screen infomartion. The things that you need to remember is to enter our PayPal account email address in the *Recipient Email* field and the amout that you should enter would be on the invoice that we have prepared for you. Our PayPal account email address is paypal@catherine-jewellery.com

  • If you do not have an account with paypal then you can go to our order info page: http://www.catherine-jewellery.com/order_info.php Click on the "PayPal Click Here to pay" button or use the same button below.Follow the screen instructions to click on the button to indicate you don't have a PayPal account. You should be able to pay using your credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. The amout that you should enter would be on the invoice that we have prepared for you.

10. Do you have an Internet Messenger to communicate instantly?
Yes, we use MSN Messenger. Our address is catherine-jewellery@hotmail.com Feel free to add us. We would generally be online Monday to Friday during office hour (9am to 6pm Hong Kong time GMT+8).

11. Do you offer product length customization?
Yes, most of our products (especially swarovski crystal products and shell jewellery) are made to order. Therefore, the length is customizable. We are happy to add 0.5" (1/2 inch) per itm for you free of charge. If you need to add longer then 0.5" per ithem we will need to charge additional:

- Add 0 - 0.5" - Free
- Add 0.5 - 1" - Additional 5% of the listed price
- Add 1 - 1.5 " - Additional 7% of the listed price
- Add 1.5 - 2 " - Additional 10% of the listed price

* Unless specified, our bracelets are stardard 6" inches long and our necklaces are 16" inches long.
